In the chemical industry, petrochemical, biochemical and other industrial fields, production and system safety is dependent upon determining reliable operation and process parameters. Many of the analysis processes used in these fields require extracting the sample gas. This inevitably is acompanied by process-related contamination such as particles or moisture.
